Accessibility

General

We strive to ensure that our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We have invested resources to help make our website easier to use and more accessible, with the strong belief that website accessibility efforts assist all users and that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

Accessibility on Our Site

We make available an Accessibility button with optional display preferences for text size, contrast, readable type, text and line spacing, reduced motion, focus and link highlighting, and a reading guide. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical reference while improving the site's underlying content and code. The accessibility control is an optional aid and is not a certification or guarantee of conformance.

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

Our accessibility menu can be enabled by selecting the Accessibility button that appears near the corner of the page. The button and its settings can be operated with a keyboard, and Reset clears the saved display preferences.

Disclaimer

We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of our site and services in the belief that it is our collective responsibility to support accessible and unhindered use for people with disabilities.

We use automated checks and manual review to identify and address accessibility issues. Automated testing has been completed on representative pages, while manual screen-reader and physical-device review is ongoing. Automated results do not cover every disability, browser, device, or assistive-technology experience. Some third-party content, including the embedded AutoMatrix form, may not inherit the site's optional display preferences.
